Imagination, movement and narrative are the foundations of this workshop taught by Rwandan artist Hope Azeda. Through movement and metabolization practices, participants embark on a self-discovery and empowerment journey, exploring their inner strengths.

Through simple techniques, the meeting is an invitation to an introspective and transformative journey that has courage, healing and reparation as guides. The proposal is that, by taking care of physical and emotional well-being, people explore their potential and embrace what is most authentic in themselves.

Hope, honored several times for her civic engagement, uses art to spread values and help communities deal with their traumas, triumphing in the face of adversity.
